The overall goal of these mobility drills is to help ease pain/soreness on some targeted areas so you can either get back into the gym and keep moving in a good position – or even provide some pain relief from a tough physical job, sore muscles joints from sitting long periods of time etc etc. We always make the reference to people that they tend to take better care of their cars then they do to their bodies, and it’s a sad statement, but true.
