The Change Your Life Challenge began with the simple idea that those who are in a battle to overcome challenging life situations, should not have to face it alone.
8 WEEK PROGRAM OF EXERCISE, NUTRITION GUIDANCE, AND MINDSET COACHING
3 WEEKLY WORKOUTS LED BY A WORLD-CLASS COACH
1-ON-1 CONSULTATIONS WITH AN EXPERT NUTRITION AND MINDSET COACH
WORK TOGETHER WITH A GROUP OF LIKE MINDED PEOPLE.
3x/Week For 8 Weeks
For 8 weeks starting on March 19th you’ll work together with a group of 12 people, coming in for 3 privately coached classes per week to conquer your fitness goals. The weekly classes will be held on Sundays from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.
On top of the privately coached classes, you’ll be receiving on-going nutritional guidance with one of our expert nutrition coaches. Each week they will be checking in with you and adjusting your nutrition plan accordingly to meet the goals you’ve been looking for.

Each week you’ll be checking in with our head mindset coach to discuss personal goals, and what might be in the way of you achieving them. Physical and mental health go hand in hand and our job is to find where your potential lies, discover any road blocks that are holding you back, and provide a support system that allows you to explore some mindset techniques and how they can ensure your fitness journey is the best it can be FOR YOU.
Hold Each Other Accountable
One of the biggest hurdles we see people trying to overcome is the lack of motivation or accountability when it comes to working out. With the Change Your Life Challenge not only do you have each other in the program to answer to, but a Coach to help you along the way!!!
