Love to receive some of the programming we offer here at VSC but have no time to make it to our group classes or personal training? Not overly sure what to do when you get to the gym in order to meet the goals you set out for yourself? Don’t worry, we get it. Not only do we offer group fitness classes among many other things here, but we also handle quite the amount of custom training programs for individuals across the city. Having worked with every end of the spectrum of athletes whether a 40 year old mother of two looking to gain some more strength and muscle tone, the 21 year old football athlete trying to improve his game on the field, or the middle aged father who just wants to be healthier and re gain some of that strength back – the program will be completely customized for you.
