Functional Fitness

The movements we use will be more specific to everyday life to get you up to a fitness level that allows you to participate in more physical activities. Whether it’s playing with the grand-kids, walking 18 holes, or simply making day to day life easier.

Injury Prevention

Through careful and guided strength training we will work towards preventing future injuries/rehab past or on going injuries. We’ll be using resistance training and body weight exercises to increase muscular strength and improve bone density.

Mobility

By working on mobility our goal is to reduce pain, maintain proper positioning throughout movements, and improve joint health. Every workout will have a mobility aspect focused solely on improving flexibility, posture, and overall pain free range of motion in a privately coached class of Heroes only!
