Probably one of the biggest problems we see with any of the major lifts. A lot of the times people will fail or miss a lift not because they didn’t have the leg/shoulder/whatever strength to do so, but because they aren’t keeping their mid line braced and staying tight in order to keep a solid position. This video will show you how to properly brace for a back squat, but can be applied to every other lift as well! Stay tight, lift more weight.
