Owner & Head Coach
Every time someone walks through our doors here at VSC my number one goal is to help them in any possible way I can. I am a pure bred entrepreneur in the fact that I live for the journey and all the work that comes with it, so being able to coach people through their journey of health & fitness each and every day brings a passion to my life I never thought I would have. Our priority here is to help people attain their goals through absolute quality in coaching and guidance, and build a community that supports everyone on their own path to greatness. Villains Strength & Conditioning is a place where people come to find their true potential, not only within the gym itself, but to find what they are truly capable of as a person – and live an exceedingly happy life.

Coach & Female Nutrition Guru
I find a lot of joy in seeing people improving at something or reach their goals. It makes me excited to see people grow as individuals and I am always so thankful when I get to be a part of that process and see those changes – whether it be improved self-confidence, meeting their protein intake for the day or any non-fitness related goals. Coming to Villains has given me the confidence to push myself and the tools to become a better athlete and person. Villains for me, is like family. I have felt welcome since the day I walked in the door I have developed some really amazing friendships. Especially as a woman it feels great to be a part of a community that is about supporting and pushing each other to be our best selves.
