ABOUT US

Brendon Kozack
Owner & Head Coach

Every time someone walks through our doors here at VSC my number one goal is to help them in any possible way I can. I am a pure bred entrepreneur in the fact that I live for the journey and all the work that comes with it, so being able to coach people through their journey of health & fitness each and every day brings a passion to my life I never thought I would have. Our priority here is to help people attain their goals through absolute quality in coaching and guidance, and build a community that supports everyone on their own path to greatness. Villains Strength & Conditioning is a place where people come to find their true potential, not only within the gym itself, but to find what they are truly capable of as a person – and live an exceedingly happy life.

I find a lot of joy in seeing people improving at something or reach their goals. It makes me excited to see people grow as individuals and I am always so thankful when I get to be a part of that process and see those changes – whether it be improved self-confidence, meeting their protein intake for the day or any non-fitness related goals. Coming to Villains has given me the confidence to push myself and the tools to become a better athlete and person. Villains for me, is like family. I have felt welcome since the day I walked in the door I have developed some really amazing friendships. Especially as a woman it feels great to be a part of a community that is about supporting and pushing each other to be our best selves.

CrossFit Coach & Mindset Coach

When I started CrossFit 5 years ago, I was 20lbs heavier. I couldn’t do a chin-up or a ring dip and I’d never really lifted. But more than that, I didn’t like my body and I didn’t have confidence in myself. I came to CrossFit, like many people do, to lose weight and although I lost weight, what I really gained was confidence and self-awareness. Pushing through the workouts taught me how I respond when things get hard – and it’s taught me that I am more than capable of doing things that are hard. Reaching goals like getting that first chin up, taught me how to be consistent and how to set myself up for success in the gym and in life. I coach because I want to help people see what they are capable of. My favorite moments are when I see someone talk about the new skill they’ve mastered or the new PR they just hit. I love when clients celebrate what their bodies can do. I see them start to see just how capable they are and I can see their pride and confidence grow.
