3 Times a Week
The Barbell Bettys will be in session for 6 weeks starting on Sunday September 10th and the classes will be held 3 times a week. Sundays from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.
Everyone who signs up will be receiving a limited edition Barbell Bettys Tank Top, as well as an on going NUTRITION PROGRAM for the entire duration of the 6 weeks to help reach whatever nutrition goals you have in mind.
Strength & Confidence
Our goal with the Barbell Bettys is to help you increase your strength and knowledge in lifting with every class led by a qualified coach, but find confidence and happiness through the strength you find over the course of the 6 weeks.
This class is strictly for the ladies. It will be our 8th time running the class and it sells out EXTREMELY quick every time, so hurry!
