NEED A CHANGE UP?
Our SWEAT class here at VSC has been the hottest ticket in Regina when looking to spice up your workout routine a bit. Each class is one hour long which includes a group warm up, some mobility work, some form of strength circuit to include dumbbell or kettlebell work coupled with some cardio, fast paced ab routine that is constantly varied so it never gets boring, and then finishing off with a group conditioning circuit to get that final SWEAT. With our system of plyometrics, endurance, conditioning, strength, and mobility work always being different each class – this is just what the doctor ordered to make it the best hour of your day.
SWEAT 10 PASS
- Passes valid to be used on any SWEAT Class running on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, Saturdays at 1:00 PM and Sundays at 12:00 PM.
