I love the intimate group classes that allow for the coaches to critique and correct your form to emphasize the impact of the exercise and minimize the risk of injury. Outside of the gym I am utilizing Villains’ nutrition coaching and between both of these programs I am seeing HUGE changes physically and mentally over the short two months I have been at Villains.
