Ingredients + Directions:
- Round up all the veggies in your fridge that might be going bad and toss them in a frying pan! Ideas: bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, spinach, asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
- If you have random protein, add it too! Chicken, pork, steak!
- Fry an egg or two, sunny side up with a runny yolk
- Serve over the veggies and use the yolk and a sauce!
